Hyderabad: The second phase of ‘Praja Sangrama Yatra’ by the State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar will start from April 14 from Jogulamba temple in Alampur.
Sanjay started his first phase of yatra from Sri Bhagyalakshmi temple at Charminar in August 2021 and concluded it in 36 days in October in Husnabad, covering 19 Assembly constituencies and half a dozen Parliamentary constituencies in eight districts.
BJP protest power charges hike
Meanwhile, the BJP leaders on Friday staged demonstrations across the State demanding that the State government roll back the increased power charges keeping in view the problems faced by the people.
Holding placards, the leaders raised slogans demanding that the government immediately withdraw the decision to increase power charges.
