Telangana Briefs: Two dead in road accident on National Highway 44

Three persons were killed in two separate accidents in Mahabubnagar and Medak districts on Wednesday night.

Mahabubnagar: Two motorcyclists lost their lives when a car hit their vehicle near Kodandapuram village on National High Way 44 on Tuesday night.

The motorcyclists, Basha and Elisha, both residents of Jallapuram village, were on their way to Hyderabad.

The car which was also on its way to Hyderabad from Kurnool hit their motorcycle. The bodies hve been shifted to a mortuary for post mortem. Investigation is in progess.

Narsapur: In another instance, a youngster was run over in a hit and run accident near Reddpally cross roads on Wednesday night.

Police said G Mahesh had gong to his relative’s house in Reddypally and was cross the road when an unidentified vehicle ran over him. He died on the spot. Investigation is on.
