Telangana Chief Secretary tests positive for Covid-19
The Chief Secretary, who has quarantined himself, appealed to all those who had met him recently and with any symptoms to undergo covid test immediately
Hyderabad: Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar tested positive for Covid-19 on Tuesday after he got the test done since he was feeling unwell during the day.
Soon after he got the test result, the Chief Secretary said he had tested positive. He was administered with the first dose of Covid vaccine just three days back.
The Chief Secretary, who has quarantined himself, appealed to all those who had met him recently and with any symptoms to undergo covid test immediately.
Meanwhile, unconfirmed reports said the Chief Security Officer of BRK Bhavan too had tested positive.
