Telangana: Class 10 students to be awarded grades based on internal assessment

Hyderabad: The Class X students will be awarded grades considering their performance in the internal assessment marks for 20 per cent.

An order to this effect has been issued by the State government here on Tuesday.
The government has already cancelled SSC Public Exams and declared all students of Class X (SSC/OSSC/Vocational) studying in government, Zilla Parishad, aided and private unaided and all schools under various managements during the academic year 2020-21 pass, as one-time measure due to the Covid-19 pandemic second wave.
“To award grades duly considering their performance in the internal assessment marks for 20 per cent (one formative assessment was conducted instead of two formative assessments due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation) and scale up to 20 per cent of internal marks to 100 per cent marks,” reads the order.
