Nirmal: Family members of a young student who died by suicide, staged a sit-in in front of bus stand demanding justice and action against those who were responsible for the suicide in Bhainsa on Monday.
Komal (13), a girl studying Class IX at a private school allegedly hanged herself at Phulenagar on Sunday.
Her parents and family members alleged that Komal was forced to end life as she was unable to bear harassment by a youngster from the colony and demanded his arrest immediately.
They withdrew the protest when police assured them of a probe into the incident.
Police said that an abetment to suicide case was registered against Anvesh of Phulenagar based on a complaint received from Shobha.
