Telangana: Class X student ends life after parents warn against smoking

A few month ago, Aluvala Venkatesh tried to end his life by consuming pesticide, say police officials

Sircilla: Upset over his parents warning him against smoking cigarettes, a Class X student died by suicide in Suddala of Konaraopet mandal.

Aluvala Venkatesh (16) was found hanging from the ceiling at his residence on Friday. Alerted family members shifted him to Sircilla hospital where he was declared brought dead.

According to villagers, a few months ago, Venkatesh tried to end his life by consuming pesticides upset over parents’ warning against smoking. Though he recovered after getting treatment, he had not moved freely with parents and friends.

Based on the complaint lodged by the his father Srinivas, police registered a case and began investigation.
