Hyderabad: Days after Nagarkurnool MP Mallu Ravi took over as TPCC Disciplinary Committee chairman, a complaint has been lodged against him, accusing him of anti-party activities.
AICC Telangana in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan along with TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud held Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool and Warangal parliamentary constituency meetings at Gandhi Bhavan on Thursday. During the meetings, former MLA Sampath Kumar reportedly complained to the AICC in-charge against Ravi, alleging that the MP had held a meeting with BRS MLA from Alampur, Vijayudu, at his residence.
In a letter purportedly written to the AICC in-charge, the former MLA alleged that such meetings were affecting the morale of the cadre. He urged the AICC in-charge to ensure such incidents did not recur.
