Telangana delegation in Saudi coordinating final rites of bus tragedy victims: Owaisi

AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi said a three member Telangana delegation is coordinating with Saudi authorities to complete the final rites of 45 bus accident victims. Indian Ambassador Dr Suhel Ajaz Khan is in Madina overseeing the formalities, with families reaching later.

Hyderabad: All India Majlis e Ittehadul Muslimeen president and Hyderabad MP, Asaduddin Owaisi said the three member delegation sent by the Telangana government to Saudi Arabia is coordinating with the Saudi authorities to facilitate the final rites of the 45 victims of the bus accident case.

Interacting with the media persons at the party headquarters Darussalam on Wednesday, Owaisi said Dr. Suhel Ajaz Khan, Ambassador of India to Saudi Arabia, had spoken to him and informed about the developments.


“Dr Suhel had reached Madina, to oversee the formalities. The families of the victims will also reach Madina later during the day. The Ministry of External Affairs officials are also in touch with Dr. Suhel,” said Asaduddin Owaisi describing it as an unfortunate incident.
