Hyderabad: There are just 21 days left for the NEET MDS 2025 examination, which is scheduled for January 31, but so far the students who have completed BDS from Telangana and elsewhere are yet to get application forms for the entrance test!
With just over two weeks left, the city-based All India Dental Students Association and Surgeons Association on Friday expressed their concern over the state-of-affairs of NEET MDS 2025 — the entrance exam for admission into post-graduate dental courses in Telangana and other parts of the country.
“We question why the National Board of Examinations continues to keep the NEET MDS aspirants in uncertainty. If there was no clarity, why was a tentative date published? Over the past three years, the NEET MDS exam has been repeatedly postponed, and we urge the Board to conduct its due diligence and provide clarity before announcing the dates in future,” All India Dental Students Association national president Dr Md Manzur Ahmed said.
“While the NEET PG 2025 exam date sheet was released six months ago in advance, why there is no such transparency for NEET MDS 2025? Last year, for the 2024 cycle, the official portal for filling was opened on January 31 and admit cards were issued on March 13, with a 43-day gap provided to students for preparation. However, this year, there has been no such information or clarity, leaving students in a state of confusion,” Dr Ahmed said.
The All Indian Dental Students Association and Surgeons Association have demanded that the National Board of Examinations provide clarity regarding the NEET MDS 2025 exam as soon as possible so that students can plan their studies and preparation accordingly.
