Telangana DGP, Hyderabad, Rachakonda Police Commissioners inspect Ganesh procession route

Speaking to the media, Anand stated that all arrangements have been made for the smooth conduct of Ganesh idol immersion and Milad-un-Nabi in the city. He added that officials from GHMC, revenue, power, and other departments have inspected both major and minor procession routes.

Hyderabad: Telangana DGP , Dr Jitender along with Hyderabad Police Commissioner C V Anand, Rachakonda Police Commissioner G Sudheer Babu and other officials inspected the route of Ganesh procession from Balapur to Tank Bund on Saturday.

Interacting with media, Anand said all arrangements are made for the smooth conduct of Ganesh idol immersion in the city and also for the Milad in Nabi.

He said inspection of all the main and small procession routes was taken up along with officials of the GHMC, revenue, power and other departments.

“We are confident no untoward incident will occur and festivals will pass off peaceful. We request people to cooperate with the police,” said Anand.
