Hyderabad: The Directorate of School Education (DSE) on Tuesday asked all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers (DEOs) in the State to issue instructions to all the Mandal Educational Officers and headmasters of primary, upper primary and high schools not to issue any certificate of service/attendance to any part-time/contract/outsourcing employee.

The Commissioner and Director of School Education alone will issue such certificates henceforth and no one else is authorised in this regard, the DSE said in a proceeding.

“All the DEOs shall communicate to all headmasters and confirm receipt of this order by all HMs by July 19, 2021, without fail,” reads the proceeding.
