Telangana: EAMCET 2021 results out, 85.70% qualify
The TS EAMCET 2021 results which were declared by Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy here on Wednesday have been made available on the website.

Hyderabad: Mandava Karthikeya, a student from Balanagar, secured first rank in the AM stream of Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2021 results announced on Wednesday. He scored 151.992203 marks in the entrance test.
The second rank was secured by a girl from Ranga Reddy district, Emani Srinija by scoring 150.307638 marks, while Terupally Sai Koushal Reddy of Kukatpally got third rank with 150.124273 marks.
In the engineering stream results, Satti Karthikeya of West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Duggineni Venkata Paneesh of Kadapa, AP, have bagged first and second ranks with 158.497905 and 156.583675 marks respectively. Likewise, Mohammed Abdul Muqeeth of Hyderabad got third rank by scoring 156.450694 marks.
The TS EAMCET 2021 results which were declared by Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Hyderabad have been made available on the website https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in/.
Speaking on the occasion, Sabitha Indra Reddy said intermediate weightage for the entrance tests and inter marks eligibility for admissions through the TS EAMCET 2021 have been withdrawn for the academic year 2021-22 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
A total of 85.70 per cent candidates have qualified out of 2,27,000 candidates who had appeared for the entrance tests for engineering and AM streams.
While 1,47,991 candidates took the engineering entrance tests, 82.08 per cent have qualified. Likewise, 92.48 per cent candidates have cleared out of 79,009 candidates who took the AM stream entrance tests.
Boys have outperformed girls by securing most of the ranks in top 10 in both engineering and AM streams. The top nine ranks in the engineering stream were secured by boys while one girl Somidi Sathwika Reddy of Nalgonda district got the 10th rank. In the case of AM stream, Srinija and Kannekanti Lasya Chowdary of Khammam district have secured second and seventh ranks, while rest of the ranks were bagged by boys
295 TMREIS students shine in TS EAMCET
As many as 295 students including 206 boys and 89 girls from the TMR Junior Colleges have qualified and got good ranks in the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2021. The top scorers include Amanullah Asrar and Junaid of TMRJC Barkas Boys and Feroz Khan of TMRJC Sangareddy Boys.
Amidst the pandemic, vigorous coaching through online classes by the faculty of the colleges and constant monitoring by the academic team of Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS), 295 students cleared the entrance exam and all of them are expected to get seats under convener quota in reputed colleges, TMREIS secretary B Shafiullah said on Wednesday.
Sri Chaitanya students top TS EAMCET
Hyderabad: Students of Sri Chaitanya have secured top ranks, with five ranks in both engineering and AM streams, in TS EAMCET 2021.
Seven ranks in top 10 and 53 ranks in top 100 in the engineering stream, apart from nine ranks in top 10 and 82 ranks in top 100 in the AM were bagged by Sri Chaitanya students, according to a press release on Wednesday.
In the last 17 years, Sri Chaitanya students secured 17 first ranks/marks in engineering and 17 first ranks/marks in medical, it said. Academic director Sushma said the reasons behind such a performance were integrated programmes, internal test papers, student-teacher one to one adoption system, and uncompromising teaching standards.
Chairman Dr. BS Rao appreciated the toppers and their parents besides the teaching faculty for their commitment and dedication.
