Telangana: Farmer dies in road accident in Toopran

Mallesham, who had come to the town for shopping, was on his way home when Prasanth, driving in the opposite direction, collided with his bike. Mallesham died instantly at the scene. The police have arrested Prasanth.

Medak: A farmer died after a car knocked down his two-wheeler in Toopran town on Monday. The victim was Karri Mallesham (60), a resident of Tatabapanpally.

Mallesham, who came to buy some things in the town, was on his way back home when Prasanth, who was going in the opposite direction in the car, hit the bike. Mallesham died on the spot. The police took Prasanth into custody. A case was registered. The body was shifted to the government hospital in Toopran for postmortem.
