Telangana: Financier stabbed to death over Rs 40,000 loan dispute in Kazipet

A financier, Gaddam Naveen Kumar, was allegedly stabbed to death by Praveen Kumar in Kazipet over a Rs 40,000 loan dispute. The incident occurred late Friday night, and police have registered a case based on a complaint from the victim’s wife.

Hanamkonda: A financier was allegedly murdered by a man at the Kazipet railway quarters in the district during the late-night hours on Friday.

The deceased, Gaddam Naveen Kumar of Warangal, had reportedly lent Rs 40,000 to one Praveen Kumar, a resident of Kazipet. According to the police, a heated argument broke out between the two when Naveen asked Praveen to repay the loan.


In a fit of rage, Praveen Kumar allegedly stabbed Naveen Kumar to death with a knife.

Based on a complaint filed by the financier’s wife, Madhavi, the Kazipet police registered a case and have launched an investigation into the incident.
