Telangana finishes runner-up in sub-junior national football championship

Telangana finished runner-up in the Sub-junior Boys National Football Championship, losing 1-2 to Tamil Nadu in the final at Narainpur, Chhattisgarh. The Telangana Football Association felicitated the team and announced Rs 50,000 prize money for their achievement

Hyderabad: Telangana finished as runner-up in the Sub-junior Boys National Football Championship, losing to Tamil Nadu 1-2 in the final at Narainpur, Chhattisgarh.

The Telangana Football Association, along with Secretary G P Palguna and other office bearers, felicitated all the players and team officials for their remarkable achievement.


TFA Chairman Dr K T Mahe, TFA President Dr Rafath Ali IAS Garu and all the office bearers also conveyed their heartfelt congratulations to the team.

In recognition of their outstanding performance, TFA has announced prize money of Rs 50,000 for the team.
