Telangana: Girl dies as airgun misfires
The girl reportedly came to the farm house along with her family. The gun misfired when she was holding it in a playful mood. The girl was Shandvi, daughter of Hyderabad based businessman Prasad.

Sangareddy: A four-year-old girl died when an airgun misfired at a farmhouse at Vavilala village in Jinnaram Mandal on Tuesday late night. The girl was Shanvi, daughter of Nagaraju and Sukanya, who was working in the farmhouse. The farmhouse is owned by Prasad, a Hyderabad-based businessman. Nagaraju and Sukanya, natives of Velupur in Nizamabad district, were employed by Prasad three months ago. While the couple was cleaning the house in the farmhouse on Tuesday late at night, they came across an air gun.
While Shanvi was playing with it, it has got misfired. Shanvi fell unconscious as a pellet from the air gun pierced through her head. Nagaraju took her to a RMP doctor at Gaddapotharam and later to a private hospital in Suraram. Following the suggestion of doctors, Nagaraju took her to Osmania General Hospital where she died while undergoing treatment at 2 am on Wednesday. The Jinaram and Gummdidala Police have reached the spot and examined the farmhouse. They have also seized the air gun. The clues team also collected the details. The investigation is on.
