Telangana government appoints Director of Medical Education and DME Academic
The promotion order is purely on temporary basis and will have a UGC pay scale with usual allowances applicable to the post
Hyderabad: The State government has issued orders temporarily promoting Superintendent, Government General Hosptial, Wanaparthy, Dr. A Narendra Kumar, as Director of Medical Education (DME) and Dr. K Siva Ram Prasad, Principal, Government Medical College, Jagityal, as Director of Medical Education (Academics) on Friday.
The order, issued by Secretary, Health, Dr. Christina Z Chongthu, said, “The promotion order is subject to the outcome of any pending legal cases before a tribunal or courts and purely on temporary basis and liable to be reverted to lower substantive posts at any time without notice and without any assigning any reason.”
The category of DME and DME (Academic) will have a UGC pay scale ranging from Rs 1,49,600 and Rs 2,26,400 with usual allowances applicable to the post as admissible under the rules from time to time with immediate effect, the orders said.
