Sangareddy: Telangana State secretary of National Disable Rights Forum, M Adavaiah condemned the State government’s decision to consider CIBIL score while selecting the beneficiaries under Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme.

The government wanted to extend Rs 6,000 crore worth subsidised loans to five lakh unemployed youth across the State under the scheme.

The government received applications from 16 lakh unemployed people seeking the grant of these subsidised loans.

However, Adavaiah said that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s statement on considering CIBIL score will make a majority of differently-abled ineligible for the benefit.
