Karimnagar: Telangana Planning Board vice-chairman B Vinod Kumar on Tuesday said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has introduced numerous schemes for the welfare of Muslims in the State. Vinod Kumar, along with Welfare Minister Koppula Eashwar interacted with Muslim elders and youth at Pittalavada of Jammikunta town on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, Vinod Kumar said.

“To eliminate poverty and illiteracy among Muslims, Minority residential schools were established across the State to provide quality education. The Union government has also appreciated the relentless efforts being made by the Chief Minister for the welfare of all the sections of the society.”


BJP candidate for Huzurabad by-election Eatala Rajender never asked for any funds for the development of Huzurabad constituency when the latter was Minister. TRS has every right to seek votes from the public since the Telangana government was working for the welfare of every section of the society, Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar said. Jammikunta Municipal Chairman Rajeshwar Rao, TRS town president Tanguturi Rajkumar, other party leaders T Ravinder Rao, Manohar Rao, Ramaswamy and others participated in the programme.
