Telangana: Group – I aspirant caught with slips
The TGPSC stated that the information possessed by the candidate was unrelated to any of the questions, resulting in the decision to disallow the candidate from continuing the examination.

Hyderabad: A day after a candidate was caught copying in the Group – I Main examination, another candidate was found with handwritten slips in his possession during the paper V exam held at the G Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science for Women here on Saturday.
Stating that information found with the candidate had no relevance to any of the questions, the TGPSC said the candidate was not allowed to write the examination further.
As per the terms and condition of the Group – I notification and Telangana Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractice and Unfair Means) Act, 1997, action was being initiated against the candidate following due procedures, the TGPSC said.
Meanwhile, 67.4 percent out of 31,403 candidates took the paper – V Science and Technology, and Data Interpretation examination, which was conducted at 46 centres in Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Medchal – Malkajgiri districts.
