Hyderabad: The School Education department, Telangana here on Monday has announced implementation of half day schools between 8 am and 12.30 pm across all primary, upper primary and high schools that come under all managements including government, aided, and private management from March 15 onwards till the last working day of the academic year 2021-22.
In a notification, Director, School Education, Telangana said that special classes shall continue for preparing class 10 students for the upcoming SSC public examinations, scheduled in May, 2022.
‘All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are hereby directed to communicate the above orders to the schools functioning under all managements and monitor the implementation,” Director, School Education, in the notification said.
