Telangana High Court directs government to file response on vacant posts
The court was dealing with a PIL filed by one Boddupalli Srinivasulu challenging the inaction of authorities in filling the posts of Additional and Assistant Public Prosecutors in the State
Hyderabad: A two-judge Bench of Telangana High Court, comprising acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul and Justice Renuka Yara, on Monday directed the Law and Legislative Affairs Department to file a counter in a matter pertaining to filling the posts of Additional and Assistant Public Prosecutors in the State.
The court was dealing with a PIL filed by one Boddupalli Srinivasulu challenging the inaction of authoritiesin filling the posts of Additional and Assistant Public Prosecutors in the State of Telangana.
The counsel for the petitioner informed the court that they made representation and sought directions to issue the aforementioned notification. The Bench adjourned the matter to February 24 for the response ofthe authorities.
