Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Friday dismissed the writ appeals filed by Group-1 aspirants, thus giving the green signal for the conduct of the exams from October 21.

The division bench comprising Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili and Justice Alishetty Laxmi Narayana upheld the order of the single judge which dismissed the writ pleas. The discrepancies in the key paper and the government’s decision to extend 10 per cent reservation for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates were under challenge before the single judge. As the appeals were also dismissed, the decks are clear for the conduct of the Group-I exam.
