Telangana: IAS officers get fresh postings in major reshuffle
Transport Commissioner K Surendra Mohan given full additional charge of Commissioner of Cooperation, Registrar of Cooperative Societies and Director of Marketing
Hyderabad: In a significant reshuffle, the State government has transferred several IAS officers and gave them fresh postings. Chief Secretary A Santhi Kumari issued the orders in this regard on Thursday.
As per the orders, Transport Commissioner K Surendra Mohan has been given full additional charge (FAC) of Commissioner of Cooperation, Registrar of Cooperative Societies and Director of Marketing, relieving P Uday Kumar of the responsibility. Health and Family Welfare Director RV Karnan has been placed in FAC of CEO, Aarogyasri, replacing Siva Sankar Lotheti, who has been transferred and directed to report to the General Administration Department.
Meanwhile, Joint Secretary for Finance K Haritha has been appointed as Director of Commercial Taxes, relieving senior IAS officer SAM Rizvi of the additional charge. SK Yasmeen Basha, who is currently serving as Director of Horticulture and Sericulture, has been placed in FAC of Managing Director of Telangana Seeds Development Corporation, relieving P Uday Kumar.
HACA Managing Director K Chandra Sekhar Reddy has been given FAC of Managing Director of Telangana Foods, replacing B Srinivas Reddy, who has been repatriated to his parent department. Wanaparthy Additional Collector (Local Bodies) Sanchit Gangwar has been posted to Narayanpet in the same capacity.
