Hyderabad: Telangana Industrialists Federation (TIF) handed over 40 oxygen concentrators that were imported from abroad to IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao at Pragathi Bhavan here on Tuesday.
TIF members voluntarily donated for the cause to do their bit and support the Telangana government was ensuring sufficient oxygen supplies to the needy during the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic. The TIF appealed to the Minister to use the concentrators in rural areas.
Appreciating the TIF gesture, Rama Rao urged other industrialists to take a cue from TIF and support the government in their own way. TIF president K Sudhir Reddy, Joint Secretary M Gopal and TIF member Seethala Shankar Rao were present on the occasion.
