Telangana Jagruti holds rangoli competition in Asifabad  

Parsha Chandrasekhar, convener of the chapter said that the competition was organised as per a call given by Telangana Jagruti president K Kavitha.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: The Kumram Bheem Asifabad district chapter’s women’s wing of Telangana Jagruti organised a rangoli competition for women in view of Sankranti festival in Kaghaznagar on Wednesday. Municipal vice-chairperson Rachakonda Girish Kumar and Commissioner Srinivas Chary were the chief guests of the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Girish said that the competitions bring out the talent of women folks and girls. He appreciated the organisation for conducting the event. He handed over prizes to winners. While K Dharani won the first prize, Shrava and Hemvathi bagged second and third prizes respectively. As many as 43 participants were given consolation prizes.

Parsha Chandrasekhar, convener of the chapter said that the competition was organised as per a call given by Telangana Jagruti president K Kavitha. He thanked the dignitaries for gracing the occasion. He expressed to all those who extended their support to host the event. He added that the chapter was conducting a slew of social service activities too.

The chapter women wing’s convener Vinoda, official spokesperson Ravi, Sirpur (T) constituency Telangana Jagruti convener Damodar, co-convener Malleshwari, Koutala mandal convener Chandrakala, her counterpart of Dahegaon mandal Mallesh and many others were present.
