Telangana: Jagtial migrant labour dies in Malaysia

A native Habsipur of Jagtial rual mandal, Narsaiah was staying in Malaysia during the last 23 years. Migrant labour, who used to talk with family members over phone regularly, has not called them during the last five months

Jagtial: A migrant labour from the district, Karam Narsaiah died in Malaysia. Narsiah, who went missing during the last five months, was found dead.

A native Habsipur of Jagtial rual mandal, Narsaiah was staying in Malaysia during the last 23 years. Migrant labour, who used to talk with family members over phone regularly, has not called them during the last five months.


On Tuesday, family members met senior Congress leader T Jeevan Reddy and requested him to take initiatives to trace the whereabouts of Narsaiah.

Responding immediately to the request, Jeevan Reddy asked NRI advisory committee vice-chairman Manda Bheem Reddy to trace the whereabouts of Narsaiah.

Gajangi Ranjit, who is settled in Malaysia, confirmed the death of Narsaiah and found the body in Petaling mortuary of Kuala Lumpur. Ranjit assured to send the dead body to Hyderabad by coordinating with the Indian High Commission.

A native of Kalleda of Jagtial rural mandal, Ranji is in a top job in Malaysia.
