Telangana: Junior lecturers seek rescheduling of Inter vocational evaluation camp
The Telangana Gazetted Junior Lecturers Association has urged the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education to reschedule the vocational exam evaluation camp starting March 18 in Hyderabad, citing inconvenience to lecturers due to the Ugadi and Ramzan festivals

Hyderabad: The Telangana Gazetted Junior Lecturers Association (TGJLA-475) on Tuesday urged the TG BIE to reschedule Intermediate vocational exams second spell evaluation camp, scheduled to begin on March 18 in Hyderabad, to March 22 due to Ugadi and Ramzan festivals.
TGJLA-475 president Dr Vaskula Srinivas and general secretary Dr Koppisetti Suresh said the vocational examinations answer scripts evaluation camp had been arranged only in Hyderabad for the entire State.
Vocational lecturers from all 33 districts have to travel to Hyderabad to attend the evaluation process. While the camp begins on March 18, Ugadi is scheduled for March 19 and Ramzan on 21, they said.
They pointed out that lecturers who travel to Hyderabad on March 18 will face significant inconvenience if they want to return home to celebrate Ugadi with their families. Similarly, other staff working at the camp may not be able to attend duties on Ramzan, which could affect the smooth functioning of the camp.
