Telangana launches portal under Hyderabad Industrial Land Transformation Policy
The Telangana government has operationalised the Hyderabad Industrial Land Transformation Policy (HILTP) with detailed guidelines and launched a dedicated online portal to facilitate relocation of polluting industries from the city’s core urban region.
Hyderabad: The State government operationalised the Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation Policy (HILTP) by issuing detailed implementation guidelines through GOMs. 81 issued on Friday.
Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu on Saturday formally launched the dedicated online portal for receiving applications from eligible industrial units seeking to avail benefits under the policy.
The HILTP promulgated through GOMs No. 27 on November 22 last year has been formulated to facilitate the relocation of polluting industries situated in 21 industrial parks and standalone units within the Core Urban Region (CURE) of Hyderabad.
As part of the implementation framework, the Government, based on the recommendations of the Cabinet Sub-Committee, had approved payment modules. It permitted initial upfront Development Impact Fee (DIF) of 10 percent and consideration of existing SRO market rates for applicants submitting their applications on or before 30 June 2026.
The newly launched digital portal enables eligible industrial unit holders to submit, monitor, and track their applications online. Applications may be submitted online through the official TGIIC website: “tgiic.telangana.gov.in” (https://reference-url-citation.invalid/4)
A dedicated support and grievance redressal mechanism has been established to assist applicants and departmental officials throughout the application process. Stakeholders may raise queries or report issues through a structured ticketing system.
In case of more queries, applicants can log on to hiltp-tgiic.floww.ai (https://reference-url-citation.invalid/5) portal, call Helpline Number: 7729-983215 (Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm).
