Telangana logs 3,982 cases, 27 deaths on Tuesday
On Tuesday, 5,186 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 90.47 per cent
Hyderabad: Telangana has reported 3,982 new Covid infections and 27 fatalities on Tuesday taking the cumulative number of deaths to 3,012 and the total number of positive cases to 5,36,766. The number of active cases in Telangana, as on Tuesday evening stood at 48,110.
Between Monday and Tuesday, authorities conducted 71,616 Covid tests of which results of 2,149 samples were awaited. On Tuesday, 5,186 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 90.47 per cent. So far, a total of 1,41,95,932 Covid tests have been conducted in the State out of which 5,36,766 have tested positive and 4,85,644 persons have recovered.
Covid positive cases reported from the districts included from 18 Adilabad, 142 from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 607 from areas under GHMC, 86 from Jagtial, 47 Jangaon, 49 from Jayashankar Bhupalpally, 57 from Jogulamba Gadwal, 40 from Kamareddy, 188 from Karimnagar, 247 from Khammam, 27 from Komaram Bheem Asifabad, 129 from Mahabubnagar, 88 from Mahabubabad, 109 from Mancherial 58 from Medak, 225 from Medchal-Malkajgiri, 49 from Mulugu, 146 from Nagarkurnool, 139 from Nalgonda, 48 from Narayanpet, 23 from Nirmal, 69 from Nizamabad, 133 from Peddapalli, 72 from Rajanna Siricilla, 262 from Rangareddy, 114 from Sangareddy, 104 from Siddipet, 133 from Suryapet, 130 from Vikarabad, 90 from Wanaparthy, 129 from Warangal Rural, 142 from Warangal Urban and 82 from Yadadri Bhongir.
