Telangana: Man found murdered in Ameenpur

He was Banoth Gopal Nayak (42), a resident of Papannapet in Medak district. Nayak was reportedly murdered over differences in business

Sangareddy: A man was found murdered at Ameenpur burial ground on Saturday night. The deceased was identified as Banoth Gopal Nayak (42), a resident of Lingaipally in Papannapet mandal of Medak district.

Nayak, who migrated to Ameenpur 10 years ago, had been working as a labourer. Nayak left his home on February 14, but he did not return. The locals found him dead at Ameenpur burial ground on the following day.

In a primary examination, the Ameenpur police found that he was strangulated to death. The family members were suspecting the hand of a close relative in the murder. The probe is on.
