Siddipet: Siddipet police, who solved the mystery behind a murder case reported recently in the town, found that the accused killed the victim as he objected to unnatural sex.
According to Siddipet two-town police, the accused Parvatham Raju (40) of Rekurthi in Karimnagar district, used to move very closely with Bodasu Srinivas (38), a resident of KCR Nagar in Siddipet.
Since Raju’s wife had deserted him, he had been staying alone for quite some time.
Raju, on February 19, offered liquor to Srinivas. When Srinivas was in an inebriated condition, Raju attempted to have unnatural sex with him. Srinivas woke up from sleep and stopped him and picked up an argument. Fearing that Srinivas would reveal it to others, Raju beat him to death with a stick. Following a complaint filed by Srinivas’ wife, the police investigated and cracked the case.
