Telangana: Miss World contestants offer special prayers at historic Ramappa temple
District Collector, tourism officials along with Gussadi and Oggudolu artistes give grand welcome to the contestants
Mulugu: Miss World-2025 contestants representing countries from across the globe visited the historic Ramappa temple in the district on Wednesday.
District Collector Divakara TS, SP Dr Shabarish P and tourism officials along with Gussadi and Oggudolu artistes gave a grand welcome to the contestants. The temple officials and staff received the contestants who offered special prayers in the temple.

The Miss World contestants, who arrived at the temple wearing traditional attire, were amazed and delighted by the beauty of the Ramappa temple and took pictures of the structure. They asked the temple staff about its history, architecture and style.
Panchayat Raj Minister D Anasuya, Finance Commission Chairman Siricilla Rajaiah and other officials were present. The contestants later reached Warangal to visit Quila Warangal and witness a laser show.
