Hyderabad: The schedule for elections to one Graduates and two Teachers MLC constituencies in Telangana has been released, with polling set for February 27 and results to be announced on March 3.

The election notification will be issued on February 3. The model code of conduct comes into force with immediate effect in the districts concerned.

Elections will be conducted for two Teachers’ MLC seats and one Graduates’ MLC seat.

The constituencies going to polls include Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda (Teachers), Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad-Karimnagar (Teachers), and Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad-Karimnagar (Graduates). As per the election schedule, nominations should be filed from February 3 to February 10, with scrutiny on February 11 and the last date for withdrawal on February 13. Polling will be held from 8 AM to 4 PM on February 27, followed by vote counting on March 3.
