Telangana: MPTC member’s husband murdered in Jagitial
According to police, Raja Reddy’s cousin quarreled with other villagers, who thrashed him severely and detained.
Jagitial: Padala Raja Reddy (44), husband of Ibrahimpatnam MPTC member Mamatha, was murdered late on Tuesday night.
According to police, Raja Reddy’s cousin quarreled with other villagers, who thrashed him severely and detained.
Getting a call from brother, Raja Reddy rushed to the spot and entered into an argument with the accused. As the argument turned serious, one Ramesh and others attacked him. As a result, Raja Reddy received severe head injury.
His family members tried to shift him to Nizamabad hospital. However, he breathed his last on his way to hospital. The incident occurred at around 11 pm in the night.
Based on the complaint lodged by family members of the deceased, police registered the case and began investigation.
