Telangana: Outgoing CS Santhi Kumari appointed MCR HRD Institute vice-chairperson

Santhi Kumari who is currently serving as the Chief Cecretary of Telangana, will retire from service on April 30

Hyderabad: The Telangana government on Monday appointed outgoing Chief Secretary A Santhi Kumari as the Vice-Chairperson of Dr Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resources Development (MCR HRD) Institute, upon her supperannuation. She will also hold full additional charge as the Director General of the Institute until further orders.

Santhi Kumari who is currently serving as the Chief Cecretary of Telangana, will retire from service on April 30. The orders were issued on Monday. The terms and conditions of her appointment will be issued separately, the government order stated.


The State government has appointed senior IAS officer K Ramakrishna Rao as the new Chief Secretary of the State. Currently serving as Special Chief Secretary of the Finance and Planning department, Ramakrishna Rao is a 1991 batch officer and the third senior-most IAS officer in Telangana cadre.
