Telangana Police launches AI-powered cyber and computer labs at CID headquarters
The Telangana Police launched an Advanced Computer Lab and She Cyber Lab at the CID Headquarters in Hyderabad. The AI-powered facility will support cybercrime detection, criminal investigations, data analytics and CCTNS operations, enhancing efficiency, transparency and technology-driven policing.
Hyderabad: In a move to strengthen its technology driven policing efforts, the State Police has launched an Advanced Computer Lab and She Cyber Lab at the CID Headquarters here on Friday.
DGP C.V.Anand inaugurated the AI-powered facility, which features smart crime analytics, data management, automated meeting transcription, crime mapping, and victim feedback monitoring systems.
Officials said the new lab will enhance criminal investigations, cybercrime detection, data analysis and CCTNS operations.
It is aimed to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision making within the CID, officials said.
