Hyderabad: The application date for the Government of Telangana’s Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme (PMS), benefitting SC, ST, BC, EBC, minority and physically challenged students has been extended to May 31, according to a notification issued here on Friday by the SC Development Department.
According to the notification, the regulatory authorities and college managements have been directed to ensure that all the colleges and students who wish to register for the scholarships, must register on telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in before May 31. Eligible students who are applying for a fresh scholarship and for renewal of their scholarships for the academic year 2020-2021 can apply on the e-Pass portal. Earlier, the last date was March 31.
Welfare Departments have also been directed to ensure this is known to students and college managements and the registration process is completed before the last date.
