Telangana: Pravinya assumes charge as Sangareddy Collector

The 2016-batch IAS officer has worked as Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation Commissioner and Additional Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

Sangareddy: P Pravinya, a 2016-batch IAS officer, assumed charge as Sangareddy Collector on Friday.

During the recent reshuffle of IAS officers, the State government transferred incumbent Collector Valluru Kranthi and appointed her as Chairman and Managing Director of Tourism Development Corporation.

Earlier, Additional Collector, B Chandrashekhar, Sangareddy RDO Ravindar Reddy and other officials received Pravinya at IB guest house.

She earlier worked as Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation Commissioner and Additional Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Several officials met and congratulated her after she assumed charge.
