Hyderabad: Telangana on Monday reported 614 Covid-19 infections, taking the cumulative number of positive infections so far to 7,84,062. With no fatalities being reported on Monday, the number of active Covid-19 positive infections in Telangana reached 9,908.
Out of the 614 positive infections, a total of 131 Covid infections have been reported from areas under GHMC, 48 from Medchal-Malkajgiri, 43 from Rangareddy district and 31 from Khammam.
The Health Department conducted 50,520 Covid tests on Monday out of which results of 1,331 samples were awaited. A total of 2,387 individuals recovered on Monday with a recovery rate of 98.21 per cent.
So far, the Health Department has conducted 3,30,37,962 Covid-19 tests in the State out of which 7,84,062 have tested positive and 7,70,047 persons have recovered.
