Telangana Sarpanches JAC warns protest at CM’s camp office next month

The Telangana Sarpanches Joint Action Committee (JAC) has submitted its 11th appeal to the State government during the Prajavani programme, demanding clearance of long-pending dues.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Sarpanches Joint Action Committee (JAC) on Tuesday submitted a representation to the State government at the Prajavani programme, appealing to clear their pending dues.

This was the 11th appeal being made to the State government, yet the pending dues have not been cleared so far. It has been 32 months since the Congress government came to power, but the pending bills have not been cleared, leaving a grudge among the former sarpanches, said JAC president S Yadaiah Goud.

The JAC has decided to lay siege to the Chief Minister’s Camp Office on June 1 in protest against the State government’s negligence in clearing the pending dues, he added.
