Telangana sets up helpline for citizens stranded in Nepal
Amid civil unrest in Nepal, the Telangana government has activated an emergency helpline at Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi, to support stranded citizens. Officials confirmed no injuries or missing persons and are coordinating with MEA and the Indian Embassy for safety.

Hyderabad: In view of the ongoing civil unrest in Nepal, the Telangana government has activated a special emergency helpline at Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi, to assist citizens stranded in the neighbouring country.
The objective is to support both Telangana natives in Nepal and their families back in the State. Officials said no Telangana citizens have been reported injured or missing so far.
The State is coordinating closely with the Ministry of External Affairs and the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu to ensure safety and possible repatriation. The government appealed to the public to follow official advisories and avoid unverified information, reaffirming its commitment to safeguard citizens during the crisis.
