Telangana: Singareni CMD takes out ‘Ganula Bata’, visits coal miners
To enhance production by encouraging the workers, the CMD took out the two-day yatra, as part of which he visited coal mines in different areas
Karimnagar: The Chairman and Managing Director of Singareni Collieries Company Limited, N Balram took out a ‘Ganula Bata’ (visit to coal mines) to create awareness among the workers and to motivate them.
To enhance production by encouraging the workers, the CMD took out the two-day yatra, as part of which he visited coal mines in different areas including, Srirampur, Mandamarri and Bellampalli of Mancherial district and Ramagundam-I, II & III of Peddapalli district on Wednesday and Thursday.
While interacting with workers, Balram tried to encourage them to enhance production by following safety norms. Asking them to give top priority to quality, he emphasised the need to enhance working hours.
Informing to utilise the services of women workers, Balram warned to take serious action if anybody stayed away from duties after entering their attendance at the mine. There was no question of entertaining absenteeism, he made it clear.
It may be recalled here that SCCL recently announced a ‘monthly special incentive scheme’ to motivate the employees and achieve the target fixed for the current financial year 2024-25.
