Telangana: Snoring surgery goes wrong as man dies in Sangareddy

A man, who was suffering from a severe case of snoring, making life difficult for those living with him as well, approached a private hospital in Sangareddy where he died after surgery

Sangareddy: A man, who was suffering from a severe case of snoring, making life difficult for those living with him as well, approached a private hospital in Sangareddy. The doctors in the hospital, who promised full recovery after a surgery, performed a surgery on him on Wednesday night.

However, the man, V Srinivas, 45, breathed his last a few hours after the surgery.

A resident of Garakurthi in Kondapur mandal, Srinivas had approached the doctors at Padmavathi Neuro and Multi Speciality Hospital recently, after which the surgery was performed last night.

The death sparked protests from the family members and kin of Srinivas at the hospital. The Sangareddy police have reached the spot and a probe is on.
