Telangana SSC results: Four students share top mark of 597
SSC Public Examinations 2026 in Telangana saw exceptional results, with four students scoring 597 out of 600. Mulugu district topped pass percentages, while Hyderabad recorded the lowest. Overall performance across schools remained strong, exceeding the State average of 95.15%.

Hyderabad: The SSC Public Examinations 2026 results, declared on Wednesday, witnessed exceptionally high scores, with top score being 597 out of 600 marks. Four students – Kunchala Vrithika Krishna (Khammam), Medhansh Srirama (Rangareddy), Entenuka Shashank (Sangareddy) and Muddayipet Madhu (Sangareddy) – shared the top mark of 597 and topped examinations.
As per the information released by the School Education department, except for three marks in languages, these four students secured perfect scores in all subjects. Similarly, Kilari Lalit (Rangareddy), Nagadasari Thiya Sathvik (Hyderabad), Dasari Rithvika (Suryapet), Gopalam Sai Kavita (Medchal), Manne Chandrahas (Medchal) and Tumula Nischay Pranav (Medchal) shared second top mark of 596.
This year, Mulugu district recorded the highest pass percentage at 99.30 per cent, whereas Hyderabad district recorded the lowest at 89.23 per cent in the State.
Among the managements, Social Welfare residential schools achieved the highest pass percentage of 99.1. Telangana State Residential Schools, BC Welfare Residential Schools, Social Welfare Residential Schools, Tribal Welfare Residential Schools, Minority Residential Schools, Model Schools, Ashram Schools, KGBVs, and private schools recorded pass percentages above the State average of 95.15 per cent.
The results of certain candidates have been withheld due to pending information from the concerned school, spot evaluation camp or examination centre. Such candidates have been advised to wait for a short period.
These cases are under active process, and the final results will be released shortly upon receipt and verification of the required information, said PV Srihari, Director of Government Examinations.
