Telangana swimmer Vritti Agarwal wins 800m freestyle gold at Senior National Aquatics Championship

Telangana's Vritti Agarwal clinched the gold medal in the women's 800m freestyle event at the 79th Senior National Aquatics Championship in Ahmedabad

Hyderabad: Vritti Agarwal of Telangana clinched gold in the women’s 800 m freesetyle with a timing of 9:05.47 in the 79th Senior national aquatics championship at Veer Savarkar Sports Complex in Ahmedabad on Sunday.

In the women’s 400m freestyle, Vritti settled for a bronze with a timing of 4:25.88.
