Telangana: Three girls, one boy from Asifabad selected for national football competition

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Three girls and a boy from the district were selected to participate in a national-level football competition by shining in a State-level 68th SGF under-14 football championship held at Wanaparthy.

Bhumika from TGWURJC-Asifabad, Dikshitha of TGEMRS-Sirpur (T) and Anitha studying at TG Model School-Kaghaznagar qualified to take part in the national level event. They were congratulated by the principals of their educational institutions and members of erstwhile Adilabad district football association.

Abhilash belonging to TGEMRS-Sirpur (T) was also selected to participate in the under-14 football competition.
