Telangana: Three killed in separate road accidents
The incidents took place in Gajwel on Hyderabad outskirts and Dammapet village of Khammam districts on Sunday
Hyderabad: Three persons were killed and two others critically injured in different road accidents in Gajwel on Hyderabad outskirts and in Dammapet village of Khammam districts on Sunday morning, reports said.
In Gajwel, a woman died on the spot and her husband was injured critically when a truck hit their motorcycle near Gajwel.
The woman, Sattamma, who was pillion riding died on the spot and her husband Sutari Kishtaiah was critically injured. He was rushed to Hyderabad for treatment.
In the second incident reported from Dammapet of Khammam district, a woman and her son were killed in a high and run accident, reports said.
The woman Saraswati and her son Krishna were going on a motorcycle when an unidentified vehicle hit their motorcycle. Both were killed on the spot. The victims, both hailing from Andhra Pradesh were on their way to their relatives’ house in Ashwaraopet. Police have begun investigations.
