Telangana: Three members from student unions booked for harassing firm in Adilabad

Adilabad: Three members and others from different student unions were booked for allegedly harassing representatives of a private marketing company by seeking funds here on Saturday.
Police said that a case was registered against Akshay, Nikhil, Kartheek and some other persons for harassing the representatives of Ture Lead Generation (TLG), a marketing company by seeking funds for the past three months, based on a complaint received from management of the firm.
The accused persons were charged with threatening to stage protests if they denied bribes to them. Police warned that those who extort money from anyone would be jailed.
