Hyderabad: The State government has issued guidelines to convey its ‘No Objection’ to the Andhra Pradesh government in respect of certain employees/officers who were allotted/deemed allotted to the Successor State of Telangana, but had sought their transfer to Andhra Pradesh on a permanent basis. Accordingly, such employees/officers should apply to his/her Head of Department (HoD) on or before October 15, 2021.
The HoDs should recommend all such applications to the State government where no disciplinary action/vigilance matter are pending against the employee. Based on this, the Secretary concerned will issue NOC (No Objection Certificate) to the Andhra Pradesh government and on receipt of the acceptance/consent from the Andhra Pradesh government, the employee will be relieved by the HoD concerned, duly making an entry in the Service Register.
Once relieved, the transfer will be permanent and the employee will not be taken back under any circumstance. Further, the employee will not be entitled to any Travel Allowance (TA) and Dearness Allowance (DA) for their relocation. Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar asked all the departments of Secretariat/ HoDs to follow the instructions scrupulously.
